1. No Mary Sues or Gary Stus. Keep things realistic, and remember that not everyone's going to like your character.
2. No limit at the moment on things like red hair or green eyes and there won't be unless it really becomes a problem. Just try to remember that blond and especially red hair are relatively rare, as are blue and green eyes.
3. HADs and other rare traits must be bought from the shop.
4. Candidates should be between 12 and 20 turns of age. Younger and older (mostly older) characters can still Impress, but they would do so from the stands and should be relatively rare. Same goes for candidates with disabilities; unless they're extremely mild and unlikely to interfere with the duties of a dragonrider, they would not be allowed to stand, but may occasionally Impress from the stands.
5. Many dragons from the last clutch are available for adoption, and more will become available over time. Characters available for adoption are listed in their own sub-forum. Just fill out an app for them the same way you would for any other character. However, do not change any of the information that has already been provided for them, especially ages and dragon name and color, should they be a rider.
Physical and personality traits can be slightly adjusted if you wish, but keep it within reason; the changes shouldn't completely contradict the given characteristics.
6. New riders can come from either past Quindell clutches or transferred in from other Weyrs. Mutated colors clutched at Quindell can be no older than fifteen turns; mutates from other Weyrs can be up to twenty-five.
Yaroii can be created as PCs, but they are not eligible to Impress dragons...at this time.
